Emergency Texting
In the event of a severe storm, extended power outage, or other emergency, you may receive a text message. Since so many of us are out of the Village for extended periods, this will enable us to keep you informed if the need arises.
Please check Your Profile to assure the phone number that has been prepopulated for you is correct and make any necessary changes.
Sample texts are as follows (text are limited to 160 characters):
From Retama. There is an extended power outage, the current estimate for power restoration is ?? days. Please contact a neighbor if you need assistance.
-OR-
From Retama. There was a recent heavy storm, your property may have been damaged. Please contact a neighbor to see if this storm impacted your property.
