Creating a Listing for the First Time
If you’re new to posting, a little preparation goes a long way. Have your lot details and photos ready before you begin. Your listing includes three text sections:
  • Brief Description
  • Interior Features
  • Exterior Features
We recommend drafting these sections in your favorite word processor first—edit and polish your descriptions, then copy and paste them into your listing. You can always update details later as needed.
The site also allows you to upload a nice collection of photos (more is better), which can be added or changed anytime. Have your photos organized prior to creating your listing.  A little preparation will go a long way.

Maintain Your Listing
Is it time for a little housekeeping? Many listings are currently showing as EXPIRED but updating them is quick and easy: Go to your property listing.

Update the Stop Date to extend your listing.
Be sure to click SAVE at the bottom of the page.
While you’re there, take a moment to confirm that all your property information is accurate and that your photos are up to date.
