Prevent email from going to the spam/junk Folder.

To prevent email sent from this website from going to the spam/junk folder add the following domains to your safe sender domain list.
  • @retamavillagetx.com
  • @onnetserver.com
  • @onnetserver3.com
  • @mailgun.org
Add domains to your Gmail client.
  1. Open Gmail.
  2. In the search box at the top, click Show search options.
  3. On the From line, enter the domains above (one as a time)
    Example: From           @retamavillagetx.com
  4. At the bottom of the search window, click Create filter.
  5. Choose Never send it to Spam.
  6. Click Create filter.
Note: When you create a filter to forward messages, only new messages will be affected. ​Additionally, when someone replies to a message you've filtered, the reply will only be filtered if it meets the same search criteria.

Add domains to Outlook.
  1. In the Junk Mail folder, select the item you want to retrieve from that folder.
  2. On the Home tab, select Junk > Not Junk.
    If you don't see Junk near the left end, go to the right end of the ribbon and select More options > Junk > Not Junk.
  3. In the dialog box, decide whether to keep or clear the first option, Always trust email from sender, then select OK. (If you choose that option, the sender is added to a Safe Senders list and their mail won't be marked as junk from now on.)

Creating the Rule
1) Go to: Mail —> Preferences —> Rules
2) Add Rule, and name the new rule “Whitelist”
3) For the new rule:
Choose if Any of the following conditions are met.
Choose From in the first drop down and Ends With in the second drop down.  Then in the text field to the right of the Ends With drop down, type the email address OR domain of email addresses you want to go to your inbox instead of Junk. 
Example 1: John@abc.com (sends John’s emails to your inbox) .
Example 2: @abc.com (sends emails from anybody whose email address ends @abc.com to your inbox including John).
4) In the Perform the following actions section, choose Move Message in the first drop down and Inbox in the second drop down. NOTE: Even if Inbox is already selected in the second drop down, you still need to click the second drop down and choose Inbox again for Apple Mail to register the choice.
 

Adding Additional Emails to the Rule
1) Each time you need to add a new email address to your whitelist go to: Mail —> Preferences —> Rules, find your Whitelist rule, and select Edit.
2) Find an email address or domain of email addresses you added to the rule previously, and click the + symbol to the right of it.
3) Repeat Step 3) for the additional email address or domain of email addresses.
