Login Help, Change Your Password

Most login issues can be resolved by selecting the Forgot Password function.

 

 

This allows you to setup your initial password or establish a new password. Once selected you're prompted to enter your email address. Enter your email address and select Submit.

 

 

An email will be sent to you with a link that allows you to create your password. For security reasons this link expires in 3 hours, go directly to your email client and wait for the email (Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder, it may take 3-5 minutes for the email to arrive). Follow the instructions provided.

 

 

Its best to do this in a non-public place where you can focus on selecting and remembering a good password.

 

If you are still having trouble, use the Contact Us function located on the navigation bar and select Website Support, someone will contact you to assist (You do not have to be logged in to use the Contact Us function).
